Said easement is for the purpose of laying, installing, con- structing, maintaining, enlarging, repairing, replacing and removing a pipe line or pipe lines, and all appurtenances thereto, necessary or used in connection with the transportation, sale or distribution of water from and to said pipe line or pipe lines, together with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes. This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee, its nominees, successors, and assigns.
