FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged
FRAME TRUST
hereby grants and conveys to the GENERAL DYNAMICS CORPORATION, a Delaware
Corporation having an office (Convair Division) at San Diego, California,
its nominees, successors or assigns, an exclusive easement in, under, over
and across the following described real property located in the County of
San Diego, State of California, to wit:
PARCEL NO. 1
A sixty (60) foot wide parcel of land lying in the Southeast
Quarter of Section 18, T. 14 S. R. 1 W., S.B.B. & M., and in the North-
west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, T. 14 S., R. 1 W.,
S.B.B. & M. ; the centerline of said sixty (60) foot wide parcel being
described as follows:
Beginning at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 18;
thence westerly along the centerline of County Road Survey No. 988 North
89°25'30" West 1650.71 feet; thence South 0001'35" West 30.00 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 0°01'35" West
1078.38 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave easterly,
having a radius of 500 feet; thence southerly along said curve through
a central angle of 10000' an arc distance of 87.27 feet; thence tangent
to said curve South 9°58'25" East 142.87 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve, concave westerly, having a radius of 500 feet; thence
southerly along said curve through a central angle of 10000' an arc
distance of 87.27 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 0°01'35"
West 557.09 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave easterly,
having a radius of 200 feet; thence southerly along said curve through
a central angle of 38001'40" an arc distance of 132.72 feet; thence
tangent to said curve South 38000'05" East 268.15 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve, concave westerly, having a radius of 200 feet; thence
southerly along said curve through a central angle of 38001'40" an arc
distance of 132.72 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 0°01'35" West
343.63 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave westerly, having
a radius of 220 feet; thence southerly and westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 72°001 an arc distance of 276.46 feet; thence
tangent to said curve South 72°01'35" West 495.33 feet more or less to
an intersection with the West line of the East half of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 19. Said point of
intersection to be known herein as Point "A".
The side lines of said sixty (60) foot wide parcel to be
lengthened or shortened so as to terminate at the northerly end in the
County Road as shown on County Road Survey No. 988, and so as to terminate
at the southerly end in the West line of the East half of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 19.

A twenty (20) foot wide parcel of land lying in the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, T. 14 S. , R. 1 W., S.B.B. & M. ;
the centerline of said twenty (20) foot wide parcel being described as
follows:
Beginning at the above described Point "A'; thence North 72°01'35"
East 10.55 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 0°40'55"
West 418.66 feet along a line parallel with and lying 10 feet easterly
of the West line of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of the North—
east Quarter of said Section 19.

A sixty (60) foot wide parcel of land lying in Section 19,
T. 14 S., R. 1 W., S.B.B. & M.; the centerline of said sixty (60) foot
wide parcel being described as follows:
Beginning at the above described Point "A"; thence southerly
along the West line of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section 19 South 0040'55" West 397.93 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said true point of beginning being a point
on a curve having a radius of 150 feet, the center of which bears South
19°20115" West from said point; thence easterly and southerly along
said curve through a central angle of 36°30' an arc distance of 95.55
feet; thence tangent to said curve South 34°09145" East 735.31 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave westerly having a radius of
150 feet; thence southerly and westerly along said curve through a
central angle of 106°00' an arc distance of 277.51 feet; thence tangent
to said curve South 71050115" West 86.73 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave easterly having a radius of 220 feet; thence
westerly and southerly along said curve through a central angle of
117°00' an arc distance of 449.25 feet; thence South 45°09'45" East
419.70 feet to a point to be known herein as Point 'B'.
The sidelines of said sixty (60) foot wide parcel to be
lengthened or shortened so as to terminate at the southerly end in the
West line of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 19.

A twenty (20) foot wide parcel of land lying in the West half
of the East half of Section 19, T. 14 S., R. 1 W., S.B.B. & M. , the
centerline of said twenty (20) foot wide parcel being described as follows:
Beginning at the above described Point "B"; thence South
45009145" East 26.59 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
westerly having a radius of 195 feet; thence southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 46012130" an arc distance of 157.27 feet;
thence tangent to said curve South 1°.02'45" West along a line parallel
with and lying 10 feet westerly of the East line of the West half of
the East half of said Section 19, a distance of 2696.68 feet, more or
less, to the South line of said Section 19.

The sidelines of said twenty (20) foot wide parcel to be
lengthened or shortened so as to terminate at the southerly end in the
South line of said Section 19.
Said easement is for the purpose of laying, installing, con-
structing, maintaining, enlarging, repairing, replacing and removing a
pipe line or pipe lines, and all appurtenances thereto, necessary or
used in connection with the transportation, sale or distribution of water
from and to said pipe line or pipe lines, together with the right of
ingress and egress for such purposes.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee, its
nominees, successors, and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described real
property for any and all purposes not conflicting with the use of said
property by the grantee for the purposes set forth herein.
