District Act of 1911, its successors and nominees, anommaiMMime perpetual easement 1a
in, under, over and across the following described real property in the County of
San Diego, State of California, to wit :
A portion of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 32, T. 13 S.,
R. 1 W., S.B.M. in the County of San Diego, State of California.
All that portion of the hereinafter described Parcel "A" included
within the hereinafter described Parcel "B" :
PARCEL "A" :
Beginning at the SE corner of said S1V 1/4; thence S 89°48'10" W
587. 13 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 0°11 '50" W 54.22 feet;
thence N 40°06'30" E 510.95 feet; thence N 87°29' E 95.24 feet; thence
N 7°39'10" E 120.72 feet ; thence N 36°59'10" E 303.35 feet more or less to
the East line of said SW 1/4; thence N 2°32'07" E 541.31 feet to NE corner
of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4; thence N 89°41'40" W 492.511 feet ; thence S 18°19'50"
W 713.08 feet more or less to the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of
SW 1/4; thence S 1°49' W 678.29 feet to the SW corner of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of
SW 1/4; thence N 49°48'10" East to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING in said SE 1/4
of SW 1/4 in Section 32.
