POP'AY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
Municipal "Dater District duly organized and existing under the Municipal 'Mater
District Act of 1911, its successors and nominees, an emelmedme perpetual easement
in, under, over and across the following described real property in the County of
San Diego, State of California, to wit :
A portion of Lot 1 in Section 6, T. 14 S., R. 1 W., S.B.M., in the
County of San Diego, State of California.
All that portion of the hereinafter described Parcel "A" included
within the hereinafter described Parcel "B" :

face of the ground to a depth of not less than twenty-four (24) inches; and agree
that any and all such pipe lines shall be so constructed and installed so as to do
the least damage to the grantor's property consistent with good engineering practices,
and that any and all work in connection with the construction and maintenance of
said pipe line and facilities will be carried out with due diligence and in such a
manner as to cause the grantors, their successors and assigns, the least inconveni-
ence and damage.
