do(es) hereby grant, convey and dedicate to the
POt°AY MUNICIPAL ','ATER DISTRICT
Municipal "later District duly organized and existing under the Municipal '.Tater
District Act of 1911, its successors and nominees, an esr perpetual easement
in, under, over and across the following described real property in the County of
San Diego, State of California, to wit :
A portion of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 32, T 13 S.
R 1 W, S B M, in the County of San Diego, State of California.
All that portion of the hereinafter described Parcel "A" included within
the hereinafter described Parcel "B":
PARCEL "A":
The SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 32.
PARCEL "B":
A 20 foot wide strip of land the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
A Section 32, T 13 S, R 1 W, S B M, distant thereon 61.69 feet Westerly from
* ;,; the SE corner thereof; thence N 5°47'20" E 126.2 feet to the beginning of
' 6 ( a tangent curve concave Easterly and having a radius of 250 feet; thence
Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 17°06' a distance of
v 74.62 feet ; thence tangent to said curve N 22°53'20" E 128.4 feet to the
/\/ beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 400 feet;
r thence Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 19°52'30" a
v. distance of 138.78 feet; thence tangent to said curve N 3°00'50" E 226.9 feet;
thence S 87°49'10" E 135 feet; thence N 1°17.50" E to an intersection with
the North line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 32.
The bearing S 89°48'10" W of the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 32
was used as the basis of bearings for the above description.
For the purpose of installing, constructing, maintaining, replacing, enlarging, re-
pairing and removing a pipe line or pipe lines for the distribution, transportation
and delivery of water, and any and all facilities necessary for the delivery and
measurement of water to and from said line or lines, together with the right of in-
gress and egress for the purpose of making surveys, locating, installing, construct-
ing, maintaining, repairing and removing said pipe line or pipe lines and facilities,
and for all other purposes and uses as are or may become necessary and incident to
the construction, maintenance and operation of the grantees' pipe line, pipe lines
and facilities.
The grantee, their successors and nominees, shall place any and all pipe lines
which may he installed on the real property hereinbefore described, beneath the sur-
face of the ground to a depth of not less than twenty-four (24) inches ; and agree
that any and all such pipe lines shall be so constructed and installed so as to do
the least damage to the grantor's property consistent with good engineering practices,
and that any and all work in connection with the construction and maintenance of
said pipe line and facilities will he carried out with due diligence and in such a
manner as to cause the grantors, their successors and assigns, the least inconveni-
ence and damage.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY OF THE POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT TO
CONSENT TO ACCEPTANCE OF ANY EASEMENT GRANTED TO THE POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT ON BEHALF OF' SAID DISTRICT AND TO CAUSE SAID EASEMENTS TO BE RECORDED.
WHEREAS, the Poway Municipal Water District has sought and obtained grant deeds
and pipe line easements granting to the District the right to construct pipe lines
and water distribution facilities in, over and across real property, and it is
anticipated that in the course of the construction of water distribution facilities
it will be necessary for said District to obtain additional easements from time to
time, and it is deemed advisable to authorize the Secretary to accept said easements
and deeds for and on behalf of said District, and to cause said easements to be
recorded with the proper authorities;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Secretary of the Poway Municipal Water District be and he is
hereby authorized from time to time to consent to the acceptance of any easement
granted to said District, for and on behalf of said District, and to cause said
easements or deeds to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County.
ORDERED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors of the Poway Municipal
Water District on the 16th day of April , 1957,- at a Regular Meeting
of the Board of Directors held at 7:30 P.M. at the office of the
District located on Oak Knoll Road, Poway, San Diego County, California, by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
