FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, the undersigned
DALEY CORPORATION, a corporation
hereby grants and conveys to the POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a Muni-
cipal Water District organized under the Municipal Water District Act of
1911, as amended, its nominees, successors or assigns, an exclusive ease-
ment under, and across the following described real property located in
the County of San Diego, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Rancho San Bernardo, in the County
of San Diego, State of California, described as follows;
A strip of land 20 feet wide, being 10 feet on each
side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point in the easterly line of said
Rancho San Bernardo distant N 12°-30t E, 40)47.83
feet from the southeast corner of said Rancho,
thence S 1+7°-231 W, 175.00 feet; thence S 37°-03 '
W, 136.35 feet; thence S g7°-371 W, 5 feet, more or
less, to the easterly right of way line of Mission
Road 1-A, 66 feet wide, as the same is shown on maps
on file in the office of the County Surveyor of San
Diego County, the side lines of said 20 foot strip of
land to be extended or shortened so as to terminate
in said easterly line of said Rancho and in said
easterly right of way line.
for the purpose of installing, maintaining and repairing a pipe line and
all appurtenances thereto, necessary or used in connection with the trans-
portation, sale or distribution of water from and to said pipe line, to-
gether with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee, its
nominees, successors and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described real
property for any and all purposes not conflicting with the use of said
property by the grantee for the purposes set forth herein.
