FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, the undersigned
J. M. LANDACRE
hereby grants and conveys to the POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DITRICT, a
Municipal Water District organized under the Municipal Water District
Act of loll, as amended, its nominees , successors or assigns, an ex-
clusive easement in, under, over and across the following described
real property located in the County of San Diego, State of California
to wit:
The westerly 20 feet of that portion of Lot 1
of Section 35, Township 13 South, Range 2 West
S. S.M. , in the County of San Diego, State of
California, described as follows :
The North 16.37 acres of said Lot 1, except that
portion thereof described as follows :
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of said
Lot 1, distant southwesterly along said westerly
line 556 feet from the northwest corner of said Lot
thence southwesterly at right angles 180 feet;
thence southwesterly parallel with said westerly
line 180 feet; thence northwesterly at right angles
180 feet to a point in said westerly line distant
southwesterly along said westerly line 180 feet
from the point of beginning; thence northeasterly
along said westerly line 180 feet to the point of
beginning.
The easterly line of said westerly 20 feet being
parallel with and distant southeasterly 20 feet,
measured at right angles, from the westerly line
of said Lot 1
for the purpose of laying, installing, constructing, maintaining,
enlarging, repairing, replacing and removing a pipe line or pipe lines,
and all appurtenances thereto, necessary or used in connection with
the transportation, sale or distribution of water from and to said pipe
line or pipe lines, together with the right of ingress and egress for
such purposes.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee,
its nominees , successors and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described
real property for any and all Purposes not conflicting with the use
of said property by the grantee for the purposes set forth herein.
