FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, the undersigned
RAY H. WRITTEN and BEREICE A. WHITTEN
hereby grants and conveys to the POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a Municipal
Water District organized under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911, as
amended, its nominees, successors or assigns, an exclusive easement in, under,
over and across the following described real property located in the County
of San Diego, State of California, to wit:
A portion of the 1W * of the NE * of Section 31, T 13 S, R 1 W,
S.B.M. in the County of San Diego, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the 1E * of said Section
31; and running thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said
Section 543 feet to the Westerly right of way line of the San
Diego Aqueduct; thence Southeasterly along said right of way line
to a point which is 50.00 feet Southerly, measured at right
angles, from the North line of said Section 31; thence North-
westerly in a straight line to a point which is South 30.00 feet
from the point of beginning; and thence North 30.00 feet to the S
point of beginning, EXCEPTING therefrom that portion lying with-
in County Road Survey No. 335 as the same is on file in the
office of the County Surveyor of San Diego County, California.
for the purpose of laying, installing, constructing, maintaining, enlarging,
repairing, replacing and removing a pipe line or pipe lines, and all appur-
tenances thereto, necessary or used in connection with the transportation,
sale or distribution of water from and to said pipe line or pipe lines, to-
gether with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee, its nomi-
nees, successors and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described real
property for any and all purposes not conflicting with the use of , ai
property by the grantee for the purposes set f. • herein. ;
