FOR ANT IN CONSIDERATION of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration
CONLEY'S DAIRY FARM, a corporation
hereby grants and conveys to the POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a Municipal
Water District organized under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911, as
amended, its nominees, successor or assigns, an exclusive easement in, under,
over and across the following described real property located in the County
of San Diego, State of California, to wit;
The NE i of the SW } of Section 2; the SE i of Section 2;
the NE of the NE i of Section 11; the HW * of the NW }
of Section 12; and the S of the NW c of Section 12, all
of the above described land being in Township 14 South,
Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian
for the purpose of laying, installing, constructing, maintaining, enlarging,
repairing, replacing and removing a pipe line or pipe lines, and all
appurtenances thereto, necessary or used in connection with the transporta-
tion, sale or distribution of water from and to said pipe line or pipe lines,
together with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes.
The grantee or its nominees, successors or assigns will, following
the completion of the construction of the first pipe line, which it is
anticipated will be compl x r 1 54, upon request of the
grantors, cause said line im all rights here-
under if and when the then owner of said property shat deliver a good and
sufficient easement deed granting to the grantee an easement twenty (20)
feet in width, the center line of which shall be the completed pipe line,
which easement shall be in a form satisfactory to the Poway Municipal Water
District.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee, its nomi-
nee, successors and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described real
pro rt,y for any and all purposes not conflicting with the use of said prop-
