Bernal Reasoner and Lydia L. Reasoner •
hereby grant and convey to Poway Municipri1 Water nictrirt
their nominees , successors or assigns, an exclusive easement
in, under, over and across the following described real pro— '
perty located in the County of San Diego, State of California,
to wit: A 20 foot wide parcel of land being in the South Half of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 14 South, Range 1 West,
S.B.M. , said parcel lying 10 feet on each side of the following
Described line :
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Record of Survey Map No.
3888 as filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County,
March 28, 1956; thence Easterly along the South line of said Record
of Survey No. 3888 South 89°25 '30" East 133.75 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 0°34' 30" East 111.29.89 feet.
for the purpose of laying, installing, constructing, maintain—
ing, enlarging, repairing, replacing and removing a pipe line
or pipe lines, and all appurtenances thereto, necessary or used
in connection with the transportation, sale or distribution
of water from and to said pipe line or pipe lines, together
with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee,
their nominees, successors and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described
real property for any and all purposes not conflicting with the .
use of said property by the grantee for the purposes set forth
herein.
