and other valuable consideration, the undersigned
Adolohues W. Crook
hereby grant and convey to Poway Municinal Water. District
their nominees, successors or assigns, an exclusive easement
in, under, over and across the following• described real pro-
perty located in the County of San Diego, State of California,
to wit: An easement and right of way to be used in common with
others for ingress and egress for road and public utility
purposes over the N. 30 feet of the South 13 acres and over
and across the S 30 feet of the N. 2 Acres of the south 15 acres
of the SE Qt of said SE z of Sec . 12 T14S-R2W, begining at the
westerly line of County R.S .335 and running easterly in. said
easment a distance of 1150 Ft.
for the purpose of laying, installing, constructing, maintain-
ing, enlarging, repairing, replacing and removing a pipe line
or pipelines, and all appurtenances thereto, necessary or used •
in connection with the transportation, sale or distribution
of water from and to said pipe line or pipe lines , together
with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes.

This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee,
their nominees, successors and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described .
real property for any and all purposes not conflicting with the
use of said property by the grantee for the purposes set forth
herein.
