thereto, through, ' Over, under, along, and across that portion of the South
half of Section '14 and the North One Half of Section 23, Township 14 South,
Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, lying 5.0 feet Westerly and
15.0 feet Easterly of ,the following described line :
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of Road
Survey 887 opposite Engineers Station 15 plus 87.43 thence North 6°33 '00"
West 484.46 feet; thence North 33°49 '14" West 210.55 feet to the East line
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14;- thence North 0°26 '30" East along
said East:.line 275.54 feet more or less to a point on the South line of
that 60 foot Road known as Oak Knoll Road (County Road A-43).
