after called the "Grantor", for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar, and other value received, and pursuant
to the order of the Grantee, hereinafter named, entered on •
April 6, 1960, at a special meeting of its Board of Direc-
tors, does hereby grant to the Poway Municipal Water
District , its successors and assigns, hereinafter called
the "Grantee", an easement of right of way twenty (20) feet
in width to place, construct, repair, replace, relocate,
maintain and use for the transmission and distribution of
water and for all purposes connected therewith, lines of
pipe and all necessary and proper fixtures and equipment
for use in connection therewith, together with the right
of ingress thereto and egress therefrom to and along said
lines, over and across the Grantor's land, the said ease-
ment of right of way being more particularly described as
follows:
All that portion of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Sec-
tion 14, Township 14 South, Range 2 West ,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian in the
County of San Diego , State of California,
lying 10 feet either side of the center
line described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the most
Northerly boundary line of Tustin Hills
unit #1, distant thereon South $3° 26' 40"
West 12.10 feet from the Easterly corner
thereof, said corner being also the most
Northeasterly corner of Lot B, all ac-
cording to Map #4442 filed in the office
of the County Recorder of said County;
thence North 00 34' 50" East parallel with
the North and South center line of said
Southeast Quarter of Section 14 according
to Record of Survey Map #4704, filed in
the office of the County Recorder of said
County 322.72 feet ; thence leaving said
parallel line North 44° 25 ' 10" West

tion with an existing 10" A.C. water
line, the side lines thereof to be
shortened or lengthened so as to ter-
minate in- said most Northerly boundary
of Tustin Hills unit #1 and in said
10" water main.
Grantor and its successors in estate shall not
erect or construct or permit to be erected or constructed
any building or other structure, or plant any tree or trees
over said line or lines of pipe, or drill or dig any well or
wells within the limits of said right of way. Grantee shall
have the right to dedicate to any public use or uses any or
all of the rights granted hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor executed these
