*GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY 0
R. A. Hall and Ruth J. Hall
, as Grantor. for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other valuable consideration paid by Poway Municipal Water District
as Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to said
P0l`adAAY .MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
its successors and assigns, an easement of right of way 20 feet in width in. upon, over, under, and across the
lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for
any and all purposes, together with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances including but not limited to conduits and
cables for power transmission and communication purposes, at such locations and elevations, upon, along, over and under
the hereinafter described right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time,
together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes
in, upon, over and across the hereinafter described lands, together with the right to clear and keep clear said right of way
from explosives, buildings and structures.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Diego
State of California, and arc particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of land conveyed to Pomerado Union
School District by deed dated May 1, 1924 and recorded in Book 751,
page 3A1 of Deeds, said corner being a point on the East line of the
North Half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest .;i,uarter of said
Section 14, distant tereon 310 feet Nort' erly fro':1 the Snuthe4st
corner of said North Half being Point "A" of this description; thence
from said point of beginning Westerly alon7 the Northerly line of
said School District land and along the Westerly prolongation of said
Northerly line 590 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly
line of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 14
a distance of 175 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the Northerly
line of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section
114 to the Easterly line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 14; thence Southerly along said Easterly line
175 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPT THE EASTERLY 500 FEET OF ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL.

The center line of said easement of right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as follows: 981
Beginning at the N. E. Corner of the Northwest quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 14, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San
Bernardino, Base & Meridian; thence Southerly along the East line of
the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 14,
South 00 611 00" East 350.94 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence North 88056'00" West a distance of 57&00 feet; thence
South 0006'20" West a distance of 227.00 feet; and starting at a
point on the said line a distance of 383.7 feet North 88056'00"
West of the Trus ,Paint of Beginning; thence North 0013.10" West
a distance of 164.07 feet.
Excepting therefrom all that portion thereof not included within
the lands first above described, , - -

Grantor and t e.i2'._.successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any
building or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect, maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross
said route or routes, and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be
necessary for the convenient and safe exercise of the rights herchy granted, the right to transfer and assign this easement
in whole or in part being hereby granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on, under or over said strip of land by Grantor,
without the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and their successors or assigns, shall not
increase or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right
of way, existing at the time this document is executed, without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
