An easement for the construction, operation, and maintenance
of water pipe lines, and purposes incidental thereto, over, unser,
upon, and across a strip of land 10 . 00 feet of even width located
within the West Half of Section 14, Township 14 South, Range 2 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of Cali-
fornia, according to the United States Government Survey approved
November 19, 1880, said 10.00 foot strip of land lying 5. 00 feet on
each side of the following described center line :
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly boundary of POWAY
VALLEY UNIT NO. 1, according to the Map tctereof No . 3855, filed in
the Office of the Recorder of San Diego County April 2, 1958, with
a line drawn parallel with and distant 10.00 feet Southerly, measured
at right angles from the center line of McFeron Road, as said Road
is shown on said Map No . 3855; thence along said parallel line, South
88° 34 ' 55" East 0.b2 feet to the beginning of a tangent 210.00 foot
radius curve, concave Northerly; thence Easterly along the arc of
• said curve, through a central angle of 26° 46 ' 04" a distance of 98. 11

Southeasterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of
42° 30 ' 50" a distance of 139. 50 feet to the Northwesterly line of
the relocation of County Road Survey No. 987 (Poway Road) as said
County Road is described in Deed to the County of San Diego, recorded
August 9, 1950 as Document No . 89017 in Book 3730, Page 458 of Of-
ficial Records ; thence South 42° 07 ' 15" East 53.00 feet.
