Deed of Trust described in Paragraph II doer hereby subordinate the
lien thereof to the lien or encumbrance deserted in Paragraph III.
The real property affected hereby is described in Paragraph IV.
This agreement shall inure to the benefit of the parties set
forth in Paragraph III, and shall bind the heirs, successors and
assigns of the undersigned .
