FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, as Beneficiary
under the Deed of Trust described in paragraph II does hereby
subordinate the lien thereof to the lien or encumbrance described
in paragraph III.
The real property affected hereby is described in
paragraph IV.
This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the parties
set forth in paragraph : IlZ, : and shall bind the heirs , successors
and assigns of the undersigned.

A Deed of Trust dated July 16, 1956, executed by Gordon
R. Heames and Rose E. Heames , husband and wife, to United States
Holding Company, Trustee, to secure an indebtedness of $10,950.00,
in favor of Mark J. Stevens and Marjorie L . Stevens , husband
and wife as joint tenants , and any other amounts payable under
the terms thereof, recorded July 27, 1956 in Book 6195, Page
259 of Official Records of San Diego County, California .

An easement of right of way for pipe line and appurtenances
thereof over, under, along and across the Easterly 10 feet of c .•..
the following described property; to POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
a municipal water district;
PARCEL 1:
The Easterly 164.5 feet of the Southerly 230.00 feet of
the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
7, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of Cali-
fornia , according to United States Government Survey.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 115 feet thereof.

PARCEL 2:
An easement and right of way for road purposes and
private and public utility purposes over the Easterly
30 feet of the Southerly 115 feet of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest -Quarter of Section 7, Town-
ship 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of Cali-
fornia , according to United States Government Survey.

That certain real property described hereinabove in
paragraph III .
Beneficiary declares and acknowledges that he hereby
intentionally waives, relinquishes and subordinates the priority
and superiority of the lien and charge of the deed of trust in
paragraph II upon the land hereinabove described in favor of
the lien and charge upon said lands described in paragraph III;
and that he understands that in reliance upon and in consideration
of 'this waiver, relinquishment and subordination, specific acts
and other obligations will be entered into by Third Parties which
would not be made or entered into but for reliance upon and the
execution by Beneficiary of this waiver, relinquishment and sub-
ordination.
