III An easement of right of way for pipe line and appurtenances thereof over, under, along and across the Easterly 10 feet of c .•.. the following described property; to POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a municipal water district; PARCEL 1: The Easterly 164.5 feet of the Southerly 230.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of Cali- fornia , according to United States Government Survey. IV That certain real property described hereinabove in paragraph III . Beneficiary declares and acknowledges that he hereby intentionally waives, relinquishes and subordinates the priority and superiority of the lien and charge of the deed of trust in paragraph II upon the land hereinabove described in favor of the lien and charge upon said lands described in paragraph III; and that he understands that in reliance upon and in consideration of 'this waiver, relinquishment and subordination, specific acts and other obligations will be entered into by Third Parties which would not be made or entered into but for reliance upon and the execution by Beneficiary of this waiver, relinquishment and sub- ordination.
