FOR• VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, as Beneficiary under
the Deed of Trust described in paragraph II does hereby sub-
ordinate the lien thereof to the lien or encumbrance described
in paragraph III.
The real property affected hereby is described in
paragraph IV
This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the parties
set forth in paragraph III, and shall bind the heirs, successors
and assigns of the undersigned.

A Deed of Trust dated November 24, 1958, executed by
Dan F. Gough and Doris A. Gough, husband and wife, to San Diego
Imperial Corporation, trustee, to secure anindebtedness of
$9, 500.00, in favor of Suburban Savings and Loan Association,
a corporation, andany other amounts payable under the terms therof,
recorded December 10, 1958, in Book 7389, page 474 of Official
Records of San Diego County, California

An easement of right of way for pipe line and appurtenances
thereof over, under, along and across the Easterly 10 feet of

That certain real property described hereinabove in
Paragraph III.
Beneficiary declares and acknowledges that he hereby '
intentionally waives, relinquishes and subordinates the
priority and superiority of the lien and charge of the deed
of trust in paragraph II upon the land hereinabove described '
in favor of the lien and charge upon said lands described in
paragraph III ; and that he understands that in reliance upon
and in consideration of this waiver, relinquishment and sub-
ordination, specific acts and other obligations will be entered
into by Third Parties which would not be made or entered into
but for said reliance and the execution by Beneficiary of this
waiver, relinquishment and subordination.
