SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the Beneficiary under
the Deed of Trust described in paragraph II does hereby sub-
ordinate the lien thereof to the lien or encumbrance described!
in paragraph IV.
The real property affected hereby is described in paragraph
IV.

A Deed of Trust dated March 21, 1959, executed by Paul L .
Lynch and Virginia M. Lynch, husband and wife, to Land Title
Insurance Company, Trustee, to secure an indebtedness of
$5,198.62 in favor of Dan F. Gough and Doris A. Gough, husband'
and wife as joint tenants, and any other amounts payable under
the terms thereof recorded May 25, 1959 in Book 7679, Page 582
of Official Records of San Diego County, California .
The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust was assigned
to Gerald S . Kibbey, doing business as Clairemont Mortgage
Company, by assignment dated August 23, 1961 and recafied August
25, 1961 as Document No. 148950 of Official Records cf San Diego
County, California .

This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of Poway Municipal ,
Water District and shall bind the heirs , successors and assigns
of the undersigned.
IV
An easement or right of way for pipe line and appurtenances
thereof over, under, along and across the Easterly 10 feet of,tk,.,.e.__��
