SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT >20/1
I
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned , as Beneficiary under
the Deed of Trust described in Paragraph II does hereby sub-
ordinate the lien thereof to the lien or encumbrance described
in Paragraph III.
The real property affected hereby is described in Paragraph
IV.
This agreement shall inure to the benefit of the parties
set forth in Paragraph III, and shall bind the heirs, successors
and assigns of the undersigned.

A Deed of Trust dated December 30, 1959, executed by
Kewen R. Savage, a married man, to Land Title Insurance
Company, Trustee, to secure an indebtedness of $50,823.50 in
favor of Arthur F. Rauch and Catherine S . Rauch, husband and
wife, as joint tenants, and any other amounts payable under
the terms thereof, recorded March 11, 1960 under Recorderts
file No. 50989.

An easement of right of way 20 feet in width for pipe
line and appurtenances thereof over, under, along and across
the real property described in Paragraph IV to Poway Municipal
Water District, a municipal water district duly organized and
existing under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911.

PARCEL 1 : The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 7, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, EXCEPTING the Northwest Quarter thereof,
also EXCEPTING therefrom any portion lying within the peri-
meter boundary of Belvedere Estates Unit No. 1, according to
Map thereof No. 4015 on file in the office of the County Re-
corder of San Diego County.
PARCEL 2: Lot A of Belvedere Estates Unit No. 1, according to
Map thereof No. 4015, filed in the office of the County Re-
corder of San Diego County, EXCEPTING from said Lot A that
portion lying within the West one foot of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 14 South, Range
1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, and Northerly of the
West prolongation of the South line of Parcel 1 on Record of
Survey No. 4870.

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast ivarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 14 South, Range
1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as shown on Record
of Survey No. 3984 on file in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, California ; thence South 0° 401 40" East
428 feet ; thence South 89° 19 ' 20" West 10.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 0° 40' 40" East 177.71 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Easterly having a
radius of 500 feet ; thence Southerly along said curve through
a central angle of 10° 43' 40" an arc distance of 93.62 feet ;
thence South 11° 24' 20" East tangent to said curve 90.08 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly having a
radius of 500 feet ; thence Southerly along said curve through
a central angle of 10° 46' an arc distance of 93.96 feet ; thence
tangent to said curve South 0° 38' 20" East 542.31 feet.
The basis of bearings for the above description is the
West line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 7, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, as shown on Record of Survey No. 3643 at
North 0° 40' 40" West.
