FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, as Beneficiary under
the Deed of Trust described in paragraph II dues hereby subordinate
the lien thereof to the line or encumbrance described in paragraph
The real property affected ha'eby is described in paragraph
IV.
This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the parties set
forth in paragraph i1I, and shall bind the heirs, successors and
assigns of the undersigned.

A Deed of Trust, affecting a portion of this with other property ,
dated :ay 23, 1956, executed by Arthur F. Rauch and Catherine S.
Rauch, husband and wife, to Union Title insurance and Trust Company,
Trustee, to secure an indebtedness of $48,200.00 in favor of Robert
A. Tuffley, a single man, and any other amounts payable under the
terms thereof, recorded June 21, 1956 in Book 6150, Page 457 of
Official Records of San Diego County.

An easement of right of way for pipe line and appurtenances
thereof over, under, along and across the following described
property; to POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a municipal water
district;
PARCEL 1:
The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7,
Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and ?:eridian,
EXCEPTING the Northwest Quarter thereof, also EXCEPTING therefrom
any portion lying within the perimeter boundary of Belvedere
Estates Unit No. 1, according to Mao thereof No. 4015, on file in
the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.

No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 4015, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, EXCEPTING from said Lot "A"
that portion lying witnin the West one foot of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 14 South,
Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and 'Aeridian, and Northerly of
the West Prolongation of the South line of Parcel 1, on Record of
Survey No. 4870.
The center line of said easement of right of way in the afore-

of a tangent curve concave Easterly having a radius of 500 feet ;
thence Southerly along said curve through a central angle of
10°43 '40" an arc distance of 93 .o2 feet; thence South 11°24 '20"
East tangent to said curve 90.08 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Westerly having a radius of 500 feet ; thence Southerly
along said curve through a central angle of 10°46 ' an arc aistance
of 93. 36 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 0°38' 20" East
542 .31 feet.
The basis of bearings for the above aescription is the West
line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
7, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and ,:ericaian,
as shown on Record of Survey No. 3643 at North 0°40 ' 40" West.

That certain real property described hereinabove in
Paragraph III.
Beneficiary declares and acknowledges that he hereby
intentionally waives, relinquishes and subordinates the
priority and superiority of the line and charge of the deed.
of trust in paragraph Ii upon the land hereinabove described
in favor of the lien and charge upon said lands described in
paragraph Lami ; and that he understands that in reliance upon
and in consideration of this waiver, relinquishment and sub-
ordination, specific acts and other obligations will be
entered into by Third Parties which would not be made or
entered into but for said reliance and the execution by
Beneficiary of this waiver, relinquishment and subordination.
