and operation of a water line together with the right of ingress
and egress for maintenance over and across a strip of land 10 feet
wide lying within the West Half of Section 30, Township 13 South,
Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of
San Diego, state of California, according to United States Govern-
rent Survey, the Northwesterly line of said 10 foot strip of land
being more particularly described as follows :
Tleginning at the most Southerly corner of Parcel 60 of Record
of Survey tap No. 4253 according to Map thereof filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of said San Diego County; thence along the
Southeasterly line of said parcel 60 North 4.9°15'10" Fast (Record
North 49°14'30" East) 285.48 feet, more or less, to an intersection
with the Southwesterly line of the 125 foot right of way of the San
Diego Aqueduct; thence along said Southwesterly line of said San
Diego Aqueduct, South 39°24'30 " Fast 414.70 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BFGINNING ; thence leaving said Southwesterly line South 46°f9 '50"
West 356.48 feet to the end of this easement. said 10 foot strip
of land terminates Northeasterly in the Southwesterly line of said
San Diego Aqueduct right of way and Southwesterly in a line bear-
ing South 41°44'20" East from the Southwesterly terminus of the
above described Northwesterly line.
