Said easement of right of way is particularly described as follows:
That portion of the East Half of the West Half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 18, Township 14 South, Range 1 West , San
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of Cali-
fornia, according to United States Government Survey approved
February 24, 1876, described as follows:
Parcel 1.
A 60.00 feet wide strip of land the sidelines of which lie 18.00

feet left and 42.00 feet right of the following described line:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the North 330 feet of said
East Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18;
thence along the East line of said East Half of the West Half, South '
0°10140" West 599.66 feet; thence North 89°49120" West 126.60 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 15°181 West 71.28 feet
to the beginning of a tangent 212.00 foot radius curve concave
Northwesterly; thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve , a
distance of 188.25 feet through a central angle of- 50°52'40"-thence
tangent to said curve , South 66°10140" West 69.07 feet to a point
in the arc of a 500.00 foot radius curve concave Easterly whose
center bears North 83°25'10" East, said curve being also the center
line of that easement granted to General Dynamics Corporation by
deed recorded October 19, 1955 in Book 5837, page 112 of Official
Records, and assigned to the Poway Municipal Water District on
October 19, 1955 in Book 5837, page 115 of Official Records.
The side lines of said 60.00 foot parcel to be shortened or length-
ened to terminate in the beforesaid line bearing North 89°49120" West
and in said 500.00 foot radius center line.
