SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT 349
I
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, as Beneficiary under the
Deed of Trust described in Paragraph II doeshereby subordinate the
lien thereof to the lien or encumbrance described in Paragraph III.
The real property affected hereby is described in Paragraph IV.
This agreement shall inure to the benefit of the parties set
forth in Paragraph III, and shall bind the heirs, successors and
assigns of the undersigned.

A Deed of Trust dated May 1, 1962 eKecuted by Garden City
Builders, a limited partnership
to San Diego Federal Savings and Loan Association ,Trustee to secure
n indebtedness of $ 9,336.00 in favor of San Liego Federal Savings
and Loan Association, a corporation
and any other amounts payable under the terns thereof, recorded
May 3, 1962 under Recorder' s File No. 76036.
III
An easement of right of way for pipe line and appurtenances
thereof over, under, along and across the real property described
in Paragraph IV to POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a municipal water
district duly organized and existing under the Municipal Water
District Act of 1911.

An easement for the purpose of laying , installing, constructing,
maintaining , enlarging, repairing , replacing and removing a ,
pipe line or lines and all appurtenances thereto, necessary or
used in connection with the transmission, sale or distribution
of water free and to said pipe line or pipe lines together
with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes in,
under, over and across a strip of land 60 feet in width,
lying within the r'ast Half of the West Half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 18 , Township 14 South, Range 1 West,
San Bernardino Meridian , in the County of San Diego, State
of California , according to United States Government Survey
approved February 24, 1876, the center line of said 60 foot
strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of said West
Half of the Southeast Quarter, distant thereon North 89°25'30"
West 184. 58 feet from the Northeast corner of said West
Half; thence South 0°34' 30" West 65.00 feet to the beginning
of a tangent 300.00 foot radius curve concave Easterly ;
thence Southerly along said curve, a distance of 109.13
feet through a central angle of 20°50130" ; thence tangent
to said curve, South 20°16' East 61 .97 feet to the beginning
of a tangent 230.00 foot radius curve concave Westerly ;
thence Southerly along said curve, a distance of 82.07 feet
through a central angle of 20°26'40" ; thence tangent to said •
curve , South 0°10140" West 560.67 feet to the beginning of
a tangent 200 foot radius curve concave Westerly ; thence
Southerly along said curie, 52.79 feet through a central
South of l5°07' 20" ; thence 15°18 ' West 8.11 feet
to a line which bears North 89°49' 20" West from a point in
the East line of said East Half of the West Half, distant
along said East line South 0°10'40" West 599.66 feet from
the Southeasterly corner of the' North 330 feet of said
east Half of the West Half.

Said easement to terminate in the last above described line.
Excepting that portion lying Southerly of the South line
of the North 330 feet of said East Half of the West Half.
