GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY
CARLTON and BEATRICE B. SH CK, husband and wife, as joint tenants
, as Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other valuable consideration paid by POWAX._MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICTS a municipal water district,
organized and existing under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911, as amended,
as Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to said
PQWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
its successors and assigns, an easement of right of way 1Q...Q0.______feet in width in, upon, over, under, and across the
lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for
any and all purposes, together with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances
•• ••• •• • •••• •• • •• - at such locations and elevations, upon, along, over and under
the hereinafter described right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time,
together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes
in, upon, over and across the hereinafter described lands, together with the right to clear and keep clear said right of way
from explosives, buildings and structures.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Diego
State of California, and are particularly described as follows, to wit:
.i That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32,
Township 13 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to United States Government Survey, approved
November 19, 1830, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of said Section 32, distant thereon North
1°37'35` East, 323.11 feet from the Southeasterly corner thereof; thence along said
Easterly line, South 1°37'35" West, 60.21 feet to the Northeasterly corner of land
described in deed to Roy J. Bauer, recorded June 6, 1955 in Book 5668, page 282 of
Official Records; thence along the Northerly boundary of said Bauer's land, North
71°4-d' West, 64.47 feet; North 37°28' West, 56.07 feet; and South 87°02'30" West,
56.53 feet to the most Easterly corner of that certain easement described in deed
to the High Valley Mutual Water Company, a corporation, recorded June 6, 1955 in
Book 5668, page 281 of Official Records; thence along the boundary of said land
North 82°19'10" West, 210.05 feet; South 31°01'40" West, 174.41 feet; and South
64°41'50" West, 177.07 feet to the most Westerly corner of said easement of the
High Valley Mutual Water Company; thence continuing South 84°41'50" West, 53.44
feet; thence North 0°21' West, 425.35 feet to an intersection with a line which
bears South 89°41'30" East, from an angle point in the Easterly boundary of ]and
described under Parcel 1 in deed to Gilbert C. Miller, et ux, recorded February
4, 1957 in Book 6442, page 502 of Official Records, said angle point being formed
by the courses described in said deed as "South 23°19'20" East, 237.78 feet" and
"South 12°21'40" West, 114.45 feet", said intersection being hereinafter referred
to as Point "A"; thence South 89°41'30" East, 214.95 feet; thence North 2°27'40"
West, 240.06 feet; thence North 67°32'20" East, 495.11 feet to the intersection with
the Easterly line of said Section 32, distant thereon North 1°37'35" East, 544.81
feet from the point of beginning; thence South 1°37'35" West along said East-
erly line 544.61 feet to the point of beginning,

The center line of said easement light of way in the aforesaid lands is parti•ly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Section 32, Township 13 South, Range
1 West as said Corner is shown on Record of Survey Map No. 6023, filed in
the Office of the Recorder of San Diego County on March 21, 1962; thence
North O1°37' 35" East along the East line of said Section 32, 577.50 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 88°47'05" West 218.40 feet;
thence South 87°51' 35" West 109.60 feet ; thence South 89°07' 35" West 237.02
feet ; thence South 44°26'05" West 30.92 feet; thence South 89°26'05" West
374.66 feet ; thence North 36°32'08" West 61.77 feet ; thence North 82°11'05"
West 15.40 feet to the beginning of a 400 foot radius tangent curve concave
Southerly; thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 24°
23' 10", an arc distance of 170.23 feet; thence South 73°25'45" West 96.63
feet to the beginning of a 300 foot radius tangent curve concave Northerly;
thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 11°41'00", an arc
distance of 61.17 feet ; thence South 85°06'45" West 97.80 feet ; thence North
68°05 '55" West 29. 15 feet to the beginning of a 200 foot radius tangent curve
concave Southerly; thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle
of 15°00'00", an arc distance of 52.36 feet; thence North 83°05 '55" West
92.98 feet to the beginning of a 300 foot radius tangent curve concave
Northerly; thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 17°28'
40", an arc distance of 91.51 feet; thence North 65°37' 15" West 129.16 feet;
thence North 89°43'30" West 262.80 feet.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion thereof not included within the lands
first above described.

Grantor and ..agi :..successors in estate shall not erect or construct. or permit to be erected constructed, any
building or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect, maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross
said route or routes, and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall he
necessary for the convenient and safe exercise of the rights her 2by granted. the right to transfer and assign this easement
in whole or in part being hereby granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on. under or over said strip of land by Grantor,
without the previous written consent of Grant..e.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and their successors or assigns. shall not
increase or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased. the existing ground elevations of the above described right
of way, existing at the time this document is executed, without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
