, as Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other valuable consideration paid by POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT= a muni,cipal. water
district, organized and existing under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911,

its successors and assigns, an easement of right of way 10.00 feet in width in, upon, over, under, and across the
lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for

in, upon, over and across the hereinafter described lands, together with the right to clear and keep clear said right of way
from explosives, buildings and structures.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Diego ,
State of California, and are particularly described as follows,.to wit:
That portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33,
Township 13 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to United States Government Survey, des-
cribed as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of said Section 33; thence along the line
cotttmon to said Sections 32 and 33 North 1°37'35" East, 323.11 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 66°01'10" East, 195.37 feet; thence North 33°23 '10"
East, 169.60 feet; thence North 81°36' East, 157.68 feet; thence North 12'35' 10"
East, 279.12 feet; thence North 88'17 '20" West, 478.54 feet to the intersection
with the Westerly line of said Section 33, distant thereon North 1.37 '35" East
372.12 feet from the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along said Westerly line
South 1'37'35" West, 372.12 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

West as said Corner is shown on Record of Survey Map No. 6023, filed in the
Office of the Recorder of San Diego County on March 21, 1962; thence North
O1°37 '35" East along the East line of said Section 32, 577.50 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, thence South 88°47 '05" East 13.11 feet, thence South
88°13'05" East 442.66 feet.
Parcel B
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Section 32, Township 13 South, Range
1 West as said Corner is shown on Record of Survey Map No. 6023, filed in
the Office of the Recorder of San Diego County on March 21, 1962; thence
North 01637 '35" East along the East line of said Section 32, 577.50 feet;
thence South 88°47 '05" East 10.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
South O1°37 '35" West parallel with the East line of said Section 32, 577.50
feet more or less to a point in the South line of said Section 32.

EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion thereof not included within the lands
first above described.
Grantor and 00- ...successors in estate shall not erect or construct, or permit to be erected or constructed, any
building or other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect, maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross
said route or routes, and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall he
necessary for the convenient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted, the right to transfer and assign this easement
in whole or in part being hereby granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on, under or over said strip of land by Grantor,
without the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and..theii...successors or assigns, shall not
increase or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right
of way, existing at the time this document is executed, without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
