hereby grant and convey to Poway 'eater District
their nominees, successors or assigns, an exclusive easement
in, under, over and across the following described real pro •

perty located in the County of San Diego, State of California,
to wit:
4 acres , the south 2/5 of the ah } of the NE i of the
NW 9 of Section 1E, T 14 South , Range 1 'Nest San Bernardine
Base and L:eridian ( 7iithin the 30 ft on the east Boundary)
for the purpose of laying, installing, constructing, maintain-
, ing, enlarging, repairing, replacing and removing a pipe line
or pipelines, and all appurtenances thereto, necessary or used
in connection with the transportation, sale or distribution
of water from and to said pipe line or pipe lines, together
with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee,
their nominees, successors and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described
real property for any and all purposes not conflicting with the
use of said property by the grantee for the purposes set forth
herein.
