for the purpose of laying, installing, constructing, mai ntaining,
enlarging, repairing, replacing aid removing a pipe line or pipe-
lines, and all appurtenances thereto, necessary or used in connection
with the transportation, sale or distribution of water from and to
said pipelines, or ripel ine together with the right of ingress
and egress for such purposes .
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee, their
nominees , successors and assigns.
The fallowing condi tions shall be agreed to by the grantee :
1) The fence shall be maintained in a manner so that animals
cannot escape from surrounding property across grantor t s
property during construction and the fence shall be repaired
withifl ._;.S hours of completion of construction.
2 ) That reasonable assurance will be given that a public road
will not be opened.
3 ) That grantee will put line running parallel to north fence
approximately 10 feet from said. fence.
10 That grantee will put line approximately 3 feet deep so that
grantor may remove one foot of soil at a later date.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described real
property for any and all purposes not conflicting with the use
of said property by the grantee for the purposes set forth herein.
