exclusive easement in, under, over and across the following
described real property located in the County of San Diego,
State of California, to wit:

for the purpose of laying, installing, constructing, maintaining,
enlarging, repairing, replacing and removing a pipe line or
pipelines, and all appurtenances thereto, necessary or used
in connection with the transportation, sale or distribution
of water from and to said pipe line or pipe lines, together
with the right of ingress and ogress for such purposes .
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the granted,
their nominees, successors and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above
described real property for any and all purposes not
conflicting with the use of said property by the grantee for
the purposes set forth herein.
