to-wit:
The Westerly 20.00 feet of the Northerly 656.38 feet AND the Southerly
20.00 feet of the Northerly 676.88 feet of the I-:esterly 610.00 feet of
the Last Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 7 , Township 14 South, Range 1 West, according to United States
Government Survey, January 13, 1883.
for the purpose of laying, installing, constructing, maintaining, enlarging,
repairing, replacing and removing a pipeline or pipelines , and all appur-
tenances thereto, necessary or used in connection with the transportation
sale or distribution of water from and to said pipeline or pipelines ,
together with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee, their nominees,
successors and assigns.
