An easement and right of way for underground water pipe lines
and appurtenances thereto in those certain strips of land in
the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 13 South, Range
1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Official Plat thereof, being
those strips designated "60. 00 foot easement reserved for road
and public utility purposes" and "80. 00 foot easement reserved
for road and public utility purposes" on record of Survey Map
No. 6792, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
Also an easement and right of way for underground water pipe
lines and appurtenances thereto in those portions of Lots 46
and 47 of Green Valley Estates Unit No. 3, in the County of
San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No.
3805 filed in the office of the County Recorder of said County
February 13, 1958, designated on said map "Portion of Lot 46
reserved for future street" and "Portion of Lot 47 reserved
for future street".
Reserving unto the Grantor, its heirs,successors and assigns,
the right to grant said easements to others and to dedicate
all or any portion thereof to public use without further con-
sent of the Grantee, its heirs, successors and assigns. „
