TEMPORARY PERMIT
FOR PIPELINE EASEMENT
Schaler-Rothschild Investment Fund Inc. , do hereby grant to
Poway Municipal Water District, a temporary easement 20. 00
feet in width, for a water line to serve subdivision to be
known as Rancho La Paz Unit No. 5 .
The lands in which said temporary easement is hereby granted
are situated in the County of San Diego, State of California,
and are particularly described as follows, to wit:
The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 18, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to United
States Government Survey.
The center line of said easement of right of way in the afore-
said lands is particularly described as follows :
PARCEL A
Beginning at a point on the East line of Rancho La Paz
Unit 4, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County, distant thereon South 0°11 ' 40" , West 12.00
feet from the center line of Mirando Street,60 feet wide,
as shown on said Map; thence along a line parallel to
the Easterly prolongation of said center line South
89°48 ' 20" East 170.69 feet to a point hereinafter referred
to as Point "A" .
PARCEL B
Commencing at the aforementioned Point "A" ; thence North
0°11 ' 40" East 10.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence South 0°11 ' 40" West 247 .00 feet to the South line
of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 18.
Said easement granted under this temporary permit shall be in
effect until streets within Rancho La Paz Unit No. 5 subdivi-
sion have been completed, dedicated, and accepted by the County
of San Diego.
