EXCAVATION AND REMOVAL OF MATERIALS AND
GRANT OF TEMPORARY ROAD EASEMENTS
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION , the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CLEMENT L. HIRSCH hereby grants to POWAY MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation, until December 31, 1972 :
1. The right and license to enter upon all of that
real property described as Borrow Area 4-A in
Exhibit A attached hereto for the purpose of
removing and extracting materials in accordance
with a written agreement of the parties .
2 . Temporary easements and rights-of-way for road
purposes over and across all of that real property
described in Exhibits B and C attac e• hereto.
