CONVEYANCE , RELEASE AND RELINQUISHMENT
OF EASEMENTS
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
HOWARD G. SMITS, as Trustee for Gretchen Smits , as Trustee for Laurie
Smits, and as Trustee for Karen Smits , under Declarations of Trust dated
December 29 , 1950 , hereby grants to and releases and relinquishes to
POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT , a public corporation, all those rights
and easements granted to and reserved by the undersigned with respect
to the real property described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto,
acquired or attained by the following instrument recorded in the Office
of the San Diego County Recorder: September 11 , 1964 , Recorder 's File
No. 166422 .
This conveyance, release and relinquishment only relate to those
rights and easements of the undersigned with respect to the real property
described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto, and does not affect any
other rights or easements reserved by or granted to the undersigned, with
respect to other property not lying within the land above described. -

All those portions of Sections 29, 31, and 32, Township 13 South, Range
1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State
of California, according to the Official Plats thereof, bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 32, as said Northwest corner
is shown on Record of Survey Map No. 4063, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of said San Diego County October 31, 1956; thence along a straight
line which connects said Northwest corner of Section 32 with a two inch iron
pipe marked "R. E. 2718", shown as found on Record of Survey Map No. 3898,

veyed by conveyance dated March 29 , 1971, from Howard G. Smits ,
as Trustee for Gretchen Smits , as Trustee for Laurie Smits , and
as Trustee for Karen Smits , to Poway Municipal Water District,
a political corporation and/or governmental agency is hereby
accepted by the undersigned agent on behalf of the Board of
Directors pursuant to authority conferred by resolution of the
Board of Directors adopted on September 10 , 1969 , and the grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized agent .
