County, California, and covering a portion of the horeinal)ove described lands and
premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereto, in consideration of the premises and
of the mutual benefits to he derived by them for the agreement heroin contained, do
hereby agree that the said grant of easement and right of way made by First Party to
Po'-,ay Municipal Water District
dated and recorded as aforesaid, covering a portion of the hereinabove described lands
and premises, shall be and said easement and right of way is hereby made paranount to
said Deed of Trust and the lien thereof; that said Deed of Trust, as to the Lands and
premises hereinabove described, is hereby subordinated to said grant of casement and
right of way of The Powa Munici•al Water District
and in the event of foreclosure of said Decd of Trust, the Trustee's sale and conveyance
thereunder of the lands described therein shall ho subject to said grant of easement
and right of way to The Poway Municipal Water District
and said grant of easement and right of 'ray shall not he affected thereby.
