lands hereinafter described, to erect,construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for any and
all purposes,together with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances including but not limited to facilities for power transmission
and communication purposes,at such locations and elevations,upon,along,over and under the hereinafter described right of way
as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time,together with the right of ingress thereto and
egress therefrom, to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes in,upon,over and across the hereinafter described
lands,together with the right to use said right of way for access to Grantee's rights of way situated in adjacent lands.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Diego
State of California,and are particularly described as follows,to wit:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 14 South, Range
2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to United States Government Survey approved September 11, 1879 and of
Lot 26 of Tract "E" of Poway, Map No. 536, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County May 7, 1888, together with a portion of "E" Street
as vacated and closed to public use June 19, 1957 in Book 6627, Page 335 of Official
Records, all of the above being in the County of San Diego, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 106 of Rexford Terrace according to
the Map thereof No. 4261, filed in the Office of the Recorder of said San Diego
County, July 15, 1959; thence along the boundary of said Rexford Terrace South
89°06' 19" East 93.79 feet ; thence South 74°35 '36" East 175.45 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 74°35'36" East 86.29 feet; thence
South 46°29'37" East 255.94 feet; thence North 43°30'23" East 179.00 feet ; thence
North 28°33'43" East 52.52 feet; thence South 89°40'47" East 290.00 feet; thence
North 0°19 '13" East 803.91 feet to a point on the arc of a curve concave Northerly
and having a radius of 800.00 feet; a radial line through said po4_nt bears South
15°54'37" West; thence Easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle
of 15 '35'24" a distance of 217.68 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 89°40'47"
East 135.00 feet to the center line of Pomerado Road as shown on said Map No. 4261;
thence North 0°19' 13" East 396.81 feet to the Southeasterly line of land conveyed to
the State of California by Deed recorded December 15, 1970 as File No. 230175 of
Official Records; thence along the Southerly line of said land South 73°35' 18" West
(record South 74°05'02" West) 780.36 feet; thence leaving said Southeasterly line
South 21°24'42" East 288. 19 feet; thence South 67°29'40" East 90.99 feet to a point
on the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 280.00 feet; a
radial line through said point bears North 69°57'00" West; thence Southwesterly
along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 26°39'03" a distance of 130.24
feet; thence tangent to said curve South 6°36'03" East 214. 11 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence
Southerly and Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
70°00' a distance of 24.43 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 63°23'57" West
204.26 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a
radius of 172.00 feet; thence Southwesterly and Westerly along the arc of said curve
through a central angle of 63°29'29" a distance of 190.60 feet; thence tangent to
