under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911, as amended.
the real property in the County of San Diego , State of California, described as:
A strip of land 25 feet wide, being a portion of the West Half of the North-
west Quarter of Section 14, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, S.B.M. in San Diego
County, California according to United States Government Survey approved September
11, 1879, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of that parcel of land conveyed to
Poway Municipal Water District by deed recorded in Book 7711, Page 191 et sec. ,
Official Records of said county; thence N 81'31'00" E, 95.81 ft. ; thence S 18'12'30" E,
9.61 ft. to the beginning of a tangent 222 ft. radius curve, concave Southwesterly;
thence Southerly along said curve 15.67 ft. through a central angle of 4°02'30" to
the intersection of said curve with a line which is parallel with, and distant 25 ft.
Southerly measured at right angles from that course described above as bearing
N 81'31'00" E; thence along said parallel line S 81'31'00" W, 102.89 ft. , more or
less, to the Easterly line of said parcel of land; thence along said Easterly line
N 0°50'01" W, 25.22 ft. , more or less, to the point of beginning.

INC. to POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT dated July 16 , 1971 ,
is hereby accepted by the undersigned agent on behalf of the
Board of Directors pursuant to authority conferred by a resolu-
tion of the Board of Directors adopted on July 20 , 1971 , and the
grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
agent.
