as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time,together with the right of ingress thereto and

lands,together with the right to use said right of way for access to Grantees rights of way situated in adjacent lands.

Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
thence along the Westerly line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, North
01°21 ' 50" East, 733.90 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 89°09' 25" East
30.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of
20.00 feet, a radial line through said point bears North 89°09'25" West; thence Southerly,
Southeasterly and Easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 900 ;
thence tangent to said curve South 89°09'25" East, 420.00 feet; thence South 01°21 ' 50"
West, 466.00 feet; thence North 89°09' 25" West, 470.00 feet to the Westerly line of said

Quarter of Section 13; thence along the Westerly line of said Northeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter, North 1°21 '50" East 653.84 feet ; thence South 89°10' 14" East
241 .83 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 0°49146" West 200.00 feet.

Commencing at the Southerly terminus of the center line of the 20 00 foot wide strip

routes,and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be necessary for the con-
venient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted,the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in part being here-
by granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees chat no other easement or easements shall be granted on,under or over said strip of land by Grantor,without
the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and their successors or assigns,shall not increase
or decrease,or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right of way,existing
