Grant of Right of Way 1973-098859 1 6 • 4 GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY MILTON L. GIBBS and KATHERINE L. GIBBS, husband and wife , as Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration paid by POWAY MUNICIPAL_WATLR. The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Di ego State of California,and are particularly described as follows,to wit. That portion of Lot 3 of Section 6, Township 14 South, Range 1 West , San Bernar- dino Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California , according to United States Government Survey, approved February 24, 1876, described as follows : Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 3, that is North 89° 54' 22" East , 546.20 feet distant from the Northwest corner of said Lot 3 , being the Northeast corner of land described in deed to Donald L. Gregory, et ux, recorded June 9 , 1967 as File No. 82379 ; thence South 12° 59 ' 11" East , along the Easterly line of said land, 349. 18 feet ; thence South 81° 39 ' 59" East , 190.21 feet, more or less, Co a point on the center line of the County Road known as Road Survey No. 335, according to Map thereof on file in the County Surveyor's Office of San Diego County, being a point on a 1000.00 foot radius curve concave Easterly in said center line ; thence Northerly along said curve and said center line 216.64 feet , more or less , to the Northerly terminus thereof; thence along said center line and tangent to said curve, North 07° 16' 30" East, 153.37 feet , more or less , to the Northerly line of said Lot 3 ; thence along said Northerly line of said Lot 3, South 89° 54' 22" West, 290.00 feet, more or less , to the Point of Beginning. .
