The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Diego
State of California,and are particularly described as follows,to wit
That portion of Section 12, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to United States Govern-
ment Survey, approved September 11, 1879, described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the center of the County Road and 68.00 feet North
00°12'00" East from Station 2, Road Survey No. 43, and running thence North 89°30'00"
West, 898.00 feet to a stone set at the Easterly edge of a strip 330.00 feet wide,
previously sold off the West side of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section; thence South along the Easterly edge of said 330.00 foot strip,
284. 60 feet to a stake; thence East, 931.00 feet to an iron spike at the center of
the County Road (Road Survey No. 43) ; thence North 09°25'00" West, 200.00 feet to
Station 2 of said Road Survey No. 43; thence North 00°12'00" East, 68.00 feet to the
iron pipe and place of beginning.

The center line of said easement of right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as follows
PARCEL 1
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line
of the Northerly 15.00 feet of the lands first above described, and a line drawn
parallel with, and distant 21.00 feet Easterly, measured at right angles, from
the Easterly boundary of said lands above described; thence along said prolonga-
tion, to and along the Southerly line of said Northerly 15.00 feet, North 88°56' 54"
West 815.00 feet; thence South 40°04' 51" West 24.98 feet to the beginning of a
tangent 1784.00 foot radius curve, concave Southeasterly; thence Southwesterly
along the arc of said curve to the Westerly boundary of said first above described
lands.
PARCEL 2
An easement for a temporary working strip of land, situated within the lands first
above described, said easement shall include,but not be limited to, the right and
privilege of workmen, contractors, and any and all agents employed by the Grantee
herein, to use and occupy said temporary working strip for the purpose of construc-
ting the hereinbefore mentioned pipeline or pipelines, and any and all appurtenances
incidental thereto, and said easement shall include the right and privilege to place
and operate any and all machinery on said strip which the Grantee herein, or any agent
or contractor employed by said Grantee, deems necessary for the construction of
said pipeline or pipelines.
Said temporary working strip hereinabove referred to being more particularly de-
scribed as Parcels "A" and "B" below:
PARCEL "A"
All that portion of the Southerly 40.00 feet of the Northerly 70.00 feet of the
lands first above described lying Easterly of the Easterly line of the 30.00 foot
wide easement described in Parcel 1 above.
P ARC E "B"
All that nortion of said lands first above described lying Northwesterly of the
the right to erect any buildings- or any other structures upon any-portion
of said strip of land, and without the right to make connections or open-
ings into said subsurface pipe lines or into said appliances, fixtures
or appurtenances .
Grantor and their successors in estate shall not erect or construct,or permit to be erected or constructed,any building
or other structure,plant any tree or trees,or drill any well or wells,within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect,maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross said route or
routes,and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be necessary for the con-
venient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted,the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in part being here-
by granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on,under or over said strip of land by Grantor,without
the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and their successors or assigns,shall not increase
( or decrease,or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right of way,existing
at the time this document is executed,without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
