. SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, as Beneficiary under Deed of Trust & Lien Contract
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 26, 1973
as File No. 73-207016 and as the owner and holder of the obligations
thereby secured does hereby make subject and subordinate the liens thereof to the
easement granted by Elda Northrup and Jeanne Lundemo
to POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, it being understood and agreed that foreclosure
of said Deed of Trust shall not affect, defeat or render invalid any rights under
and by virtue of said easement, and said easement shall be paramount and superior
to the rights of any purchaser under any foreclosure of said Deed of Trust.
Beneficiary declares and acknowledges that it hereby intentionally waives,
relinquishes and subordinates the priorities and superiorities of the lien and
charge of said Deed of Trust upon the land described therein in favor of said
easement, and that it understands that in reliance upon and in consideration of
this waiver, relinquishment and subordination specific monetary and other obliga-
tions will be entered into by Third Parties which would not be made or entered into
but for said reliance and the execution by Beneficiary of this waiver, relinquish-
ment and subordination.

PARCEL 1:
An easement of right of way 30.00 feet in width, in, upon, over,
under, and across the lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct,
reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipe-
lines for any and all purposes; together with their necessary fixtures
and appurtenances including but not limited to facilities for power
transmission and communication purposes, at such locations and eleva-
tions, upon, along, over and under the hereinafter describe.i right of
way as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary
from ._ime to time, together with the right of ingress thereto and
egress therefrom to and along said right of way by a practical route
• or routes in, upon, over and across the hereinafter described lane's,
together with the right to use said right of way for access to Grantee's
rights of way situated in adjacent lands.
Said easement of right of way. in the aforesaid lands is particulary
described as follows:
All that portion of the following described land lying within the
Easterly 30.0U feet of Lot 4.
That portion of Lot 4 in Section 7, Township 14 South, Range 1 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State
of California, according to United States Government Survey, described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence along the
Easterly line of said Lot 4, South 00°34'50" East, 337.79 feet to the
Southeast corner of land described in deed to Milton V. i,isdom, cc
ux, recorded June 20, 1957 in Book 6629, page 71 of Official Records
and being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the Southerly
line of said Wisdom's land North 66°11'40" West, 177.16 feet to the
Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of land described in deed
to Joseph L. Monks, et ux, recorded February 1, 1956 in Book 5960,
page 124 of Official Records; thence along said prolongation South
00°34'50" East, 30.03 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Monk's
land; thence along the boundary of said Mono's land as follows:
South 6S°11'40" East, 123.15 feet to the beginning of a tangent 25.00
foot radius curve, concave Southwesterly; Southeasterly and Southerly
along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 37°36'50" a
distance of 36.23 feet; and tangent to said curve South 00°34'50"
East, 233.7d feet to the Southeasterly corner of said land; thence
along the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line of said Monk's
land South 38°11'40" East, 30.03 feet to the Easterly line of said
Lot 4; thence along said Easterly line North 00°34'50" West, 337. 79
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER dITH an easement and right to construct, reconstruct, repair,
and maintain e:ccavation and embankment slopes beyond the limits of
the above described right of way where required for the construction
:117-R and maintenance of said pipeline or pipelines; reserving to the

grantors herein, their successors and assigns, the right at any time
to remove such slopes or portions thereof provided that said grantor
herein has removed the necessity for maintaining such slopes or portions
:hereof, or upon providing in place thereof, where necessary, other
adequate lateral support, the design and construction of which shall
be first approved by the grantee herein, and also provided that the „
said grantee herein has given its previous written consent to such
removal.
PARCEL 2:
An easement for a temporary working strip of land, said easement shall
include, but not be limited to, the right and privilege of workmen,
contractors, and any and all agents employed by the Grantee herein,
to use and occupy said temporary working strip for the purpose of con-
structing the hereinbefore mentioned pipeline or pipelines, and any and
all appurtenances incidental thereto, and said easement shall include
the right and privilege to place and operate any and all machinery
on said strip which the Grantee herein, or any agent or contractor
employed by said Grantee, deems necessary for the construction of said
pipeline or pipelines.
Said temporary working strip hereinabove referred to being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
The Southerly 140.00 feet of the Westerly 40.00 feet of the Easterly
70.00 feet of the land described as follows:
That portion of Lot 4 (Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter),
of Section 7, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Aeridian
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to United
States Government Survey approved September 11, 1319, described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4 (Southwest Quarter of
the Southwest quarter) ; thence along the Easterly line thereof South
00°34'50" East 675.58 feet; thence North 88°11'40" West 30.03 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 88°12'40" West
147.13 feet; thence parallel with tnc East line of said Lot 4 (South-
west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter), North 00°34'50" :lest 307.76
feet; thence South 88°11'40" East 123.15 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southwesterly having a radius of 25.00 feet;
thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve 33.23 feet to a line
that bears North 00°34'50" West fro;.i the True Point of Ecginninf-;
thence along said line, South 00°34'50" East 283.73 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
It is hereby understood and agreed upon. by the Grantor and Grantee
herein, that the right and privilege set forth for the use of the
above described temporary working strip shall be in full force and effect
from the date of execution of this instrument, and shall continue in
full during the construction of said pipeline, and that upon completion,
final inspection, and acceptance of the pipeline by said Grantee
:a+ting herein, chc• easec;wnt for the temporary working strip hereby granted and
5-7-73 described above, shall cease and terminate, and become of no further
