as Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
and other valuable consideration paid by POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT, a public corporation, as Grantee, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to said POWAY MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, its successors and assigns , a drainage easement
25 .00 feet in width in, upon, over, under, and across the
lands hereinafter described.
The lands in which said easement is hereby granted are
situated in the County of San Diego, State of California, and
are particularly described as follows , to wit:
A strip of land 25 .00 feet of even width situated
within the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 32 , Township 13 South, Range 1 West San
Bernardino Meridian, according to the Official Plat
thereof, the Easterly line of said 25 .00 foot wide
strip of land being described as follows :
Commencing at a point on the Easterly line of said
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
32 , distant thereon North 2°05 '01" East 391. 22 feet
from the Southeast corner thereof; thence North 89 °
42 ' 57" West to the Westerly line of the Easterly
10.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
along said Westerly line, South 2°05 '01" West 330.00
feet.
Grantor and their successors and assigns shall at
their sole cost and expense maintain said drainage easement
so that it will take any and all overflow from Grantees' reser-
voir in the vicinity of said lands and to confine said over-
flow to the drainage easement and discharge the same from
Grantor' s land in such a manner that it will not cause damage
to lands and improvements not within the easement. Grantor
for themselves and their successors and assigns hereby release

and discharge Grantee from any and all claims for losses
or damages heretofore sustained by overflow and further agree
to indemnify and hold Grantee free and harmless from any and
all claims for damages for any and all future overflows from
said reservoir.
