A permanent easement of right of way for a working strip of land, ' for the purpose of
_ - -reconstructing, -replacing, repairing, and maintaining a pipeline or pipelines situated 1
within lands immediately adjoining the lands of the Grantor herein, said working strip
easement shall include, but not be limited to, the right and privilege of workmen,
contractors, and any and all agents employed by the Grantee herein to use and occupy
said working strip for said purposes hereinabove stated, and said easement shall include
the right and privilege to place and operate any and all machinery on said strip which
the Grantee herein, or any agent or contractor employed by said Grantee, deems necessary.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are particularly
described as follows, to wit: '
That portion of Lot 3 of Section 6, Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to United -
States Government Survey, approved February 24, 1876, described as -follows:
Commencing at a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 3, which is distant thereon South '
00°46'41" East, 270.99 feet from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot; thence East,. . .
320.00 feet; thence South 00°46'41" 'East, 68.50 feet; thence East '300.09 feet to the
True Point of Beginning; thence retracing along the last 3 described courses as follows:

line of Lot 3; 'thence along said Westerly line South 00°46'41" East, 270.99 feet; thence
