HOLLIDAY and ROSANNE HOLLIDAY, husband and wife • , as Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration paid by POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation as Grantee,receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,do hereby grant to said (2) POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT its successors and assigns,an easement of right of way.MOCCCOOODOCOMXXXX203=05 in,upon,over,under,and across the lands hereinafter described, to erect,construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for any and all purposes,together with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances including but not limited to facilities for power transmission and communication purposes,at such locations and elevations,upon,along,over and under the hereinafter described right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time,together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes in,upon,over and across the hereinafter described lands,together with the right to use said right of way for access to Grantee's rights of way situated in adjacent lands. The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Diego State of California,and are particularly described as follows,to wit. That portion of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 13 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to United States Government Survey approved September 21, 1875, which lies Southerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, which is distant thereon North 01°37155" West 41.75 feet from the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 89°14149" East 633.30 feet; thence North 89°34'21" East 238.22 feet; thence North 89'10111° East 459.00 feet more or less to the East line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 31. EXCEPTING the South 132.00 feet thereof. ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof lying East of the Westerly line of the County Road known as Road Survey No. 1673 as described in deed to the County of San Diego recorded February 16, 1967 as File No. 21419 of Official Records of San Diego County. Said temporary working strips hereinabove referred to being more particularly described as Parcels A, B, and C as follows: PARCEL A: A strip of land 40.00 feet of even width, lying Southerly of and immediately adjoining the Southerly line of the land described in Parcel 1 above. PARCEL B: A strip of land 35.00 feet of even width, said 35.00 foot wide strip of land lying Easterly of and immediately adjoining that portion of the Easterly line of the 30.00 foot wide strip of land described in Parcel 2 above having bearings of "North 5° 15'48" West" and "North 0°43' 15" East". The sidelines of the 35.00 foot wide strip of land described in Parcel "B" above shall be prolonged or shortened as necessary so as to terminate on the South in the Easterly line of the 30.00 foot wide strip of land described in Parcel 2 above, and to terminate on the North in the Southerly line of the 40.00 foot wide strip of land described in Parcel "A" above. PARCEL L: A strip of land 35.00 feet of even width, said 35.00 foot wide strip of land lying Westerly of and immediately adjoining the Westerly line of the 30.00 foot wide strip of land described in Parcel 2 above.
