Said easement of rignt or way is particularly aescrioed as fulluws:
All that portion of Lot 2 in Section 2, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according
to the United States Government Survey approved September 11 , 1879, included
within a strip of land 10.00 feet of even width , the Northerly line of said 10.00
foot wide strip of land being described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of RANCHO POMERADO UNIT NO. 1 , according to
the Map thereof No. 7272, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San
Diego County May 3, 1972; thence along the Southerly boundary of said RANCHO POMERADO
UNIT NO. 1 , South 87°51 '47" East 209.02 feet; thence leaving said boundary
South 2°08' 13" West 157.80 feet; thence South 62°55'03" East 48.00 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 62°55'03" East 44.95 feet; thence
South 87°51 '47" East 153.75 feet.
The Southerly line of the above described 10.00 foot wide strip of land shall be
prolonged as necessary on the West so as to terminate in the arc of a 48.00 foot
radius curve, concave Northwesterly, the center of the circle of which the curve
is an arc bears North 62°55'03" West 48.00 feet from the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
of the above described Northerly line of said 10.00 foot wide strip of land.
