GRANT OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT
C. P.M. ASSOCIATES, A Partnership, as Grantor, for and in consi-
deration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration
paid by POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a public corporation, as
Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant
to said POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, its successors and assigns,
a drainage easement 25 .00 feet in width in, upon, over, under, and
across the lands hereinafter described.
The lands in which said easement is hereby granted are situated
in the County of San Diego, State of California, and are particularly
described as follows, to wit:
All that portion of the Northeast Quarter of the South-
east Quarter of Section 32, Township 13 South, Range 1
West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to the Official
Plat thereof, lying within a strip of land 25 .00 feet
of even width, the center line of said 25 .00 foot wide
strip of land being described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 32, distant thereon 88.00 feet Northerly
of the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter ; thence Southeasterly
along a straight line to a point on the Southerly
line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter, distant thereon 117 .00 feet Easterly of
the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter .

GRANT OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT - Continued
Grantee and its successors and assigns has the right to enter
upon the easement area from time to time for the purpose of instal-
ling and maintaining underground drainage conduit.
Grantor acknowledges that any conduit installed may vary in
depth along its route from approximately twelve (12) inches to
six (6) feet.
Grantor and its successors in estate shall not erect or con-
struct or permit to be erected or constructed, any building or
other structure, plant any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells,
within the limits of said easement.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the
Grantor and its successors or assigns, shall not increase or decrease,
or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations
of the above described easement, existing at the time this document is
executed, without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Grantor has executed these presents this
1st day of August , 1975 .
