Said easement of right of way is particularly described as follows:
All that portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13,
Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to the United States Government Survey
approved November 19, 1880 described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of the Northerly 50.00
feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, and a
line drawn parallel with, and distant 12.00 feet Westerly, measured at right
angles, from the Easterly line of land described as Parcel 1-C in Deed to
Nixon-Kinney Realty, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San
Diego County December 17, 1969 as Document No. 228749 of Official Records ;
thence along said parallel line, South 1°07'00" West 275.00 feet to the Southerly
line of the Northerly 325.00 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter; thence along said Southerly line, North 89°08'30" West 290.00 feet;
'thence South 1°07'00" West 20.00 feet to the Southerly line of the Northerly 345.00
feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence along said

Grantee shall have the right to erect,maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross said route or
routes,and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be necessary for the con-
venient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted,the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in parr being here-
by granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on,under or over said strip of land by Grantor,without
the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and...].t& successors or assigns,shall not increase
or decrease,or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right of way,existing
at the time this document is executed,without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
