Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of
San Diego, State of California, according to the Official Plat thereof, described
as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 18; thence along the North-South
center line of said Section, North 0°02'22" East 51.00 feet; thence continuing
along said North-South center line, North 0°02'22" East 304.58 feet to a point
on the arc of a non-tangent curve, concave Northwesterly, having a radius
of 651.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South 67°07'46" East;
thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle
of 0°43'41" a distance of 8.27 feet; thence South 89°25'30" East, 2.84'
