and communication purposes,at such locations and elevations,upon,along,over and under the hereinafter described right of way

egress therefrom,to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes in,upon,over and across the hereinafter described

All that portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13,
Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County
of San Diego, State of California, according to the Official Plat thereof,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter; thence along the East line of said Quarter Quarter, North 01°40' 30" East
50.00 feet to a point on the Northerly boundary of the Public Road known as
Poway Road — R.S. 944 and R.S. 1713-1; thence continuing along said East line
North 01°40' 30" East 340.02 feet to a point on the Southerly boundary of Heritage
Hills Unit No. 4, Map No. 6486; thence along said Southerly boundary of Heritage
Hills Unit No. 4, North 89°08'30" West 23.92 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence retracing South 89°08'30" East 23.92 feet and South 01°40'30" West 190.02
feet to the Northeast corner of land deeded to Pomerado County Water District,
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, September 14,
1970 as Document No. 165188; thence along the Northerly and Westerly line of said
Water District land, North 89°08'30" West 100.00 feet and South 01°40' 30" West
150.00 feet to a point on said Northerly boundary of said Poway Road; thence
along said boundary North 89°08'30" West 141.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner
of land deeded to Ray L. Edlin, et ux, recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of said San Diego County, August 30, 1971, as document No. 194551; thence
