all purposes,together with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances including but not limited to facilities for power transmission
and communication purposes,at such locations and elevations,upon,along,over and under the hereinafter described right of way
as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time,together with the right of ingress thereto and
egress therefrom,to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes in,upon,over and across the hereinafter described
lands,together with the right to use said right of way for access to Grantee's rights of way situated in adjacent lands.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of...$.411..Q i.e90 County ,
State of California,and are particularly described as follows,to wit:
Parcel 57 as delineated and designated on Record of Survey Map No. 3842, filed
in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County February 15,
1956, being a portion of Section 36, Township 13 South , Range 2 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to the Official Plat thereof; EXCEPTING THEREFROM, that portion
thereof contained within Green Valley Highlands Unit No. 1 and Green Valley
Highlands Unit No. 2, according to Maps thereof Nos. 6228 and 6596, respectively,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, California
November 28, 1968 and February 25, 1970, respectively.

Parcel 1 :
All that portion of said Parcel 57 included within the boundary of the following
described land:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Parcel 58 as shown on said Record of
Survey Map No. 3842 ; thence along the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly
line of said Parcel 58, South 61°01 ' 59" East 29.58 feet to a line drawn parallel
with , and distant 26.00 feet Easterly , measured at right angles from the Easterly
line of said Parcel 58; thence along said parallel line, South 0°28'46" West
265.47 feet to the beginning of a tangent 50.00 foot radius curve, concave
Northeasterly; thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve, through a
central angle of 58°40'04" a distance of 51 .20 feet to the beginning of a
reverse curve, concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence
Southerly , Westerly, and Northerly along the arc of said curve, through a
central angle of 238°40'04" a distance of 208.28 feet to its point of tangency
with the Westerly line of the Easterly 26.00 feet of said Parcel 58; thence
along said Westerly line, North 0°28' 46" East 379.11 feet to the Northerly line
of said Parcel 58; thence along said Northerly line, South 61 °01 ' 59" East
29.58 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel 2:
All that portion of the Westerly 20.00 feet of said Parcel 57 lying Southerly
of the land described in Parcel 1 above.

Grantor and her successors in estate shall not erect or construct,or permit to he erected or constructed,any building
or other structure,plant any tree or trees,or drill any well or wells,within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect,maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross said route or
routes,and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be necessary for the con-
venient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted,the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in part being here-
by granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on,under or over said strip of land by Grantor,without
the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and he r successors or assigns,shall not increase
or decrease,or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right of way,existing
at the time this document is executed,witho the previous written consent of the Grantee.
