District has no facilities within the recorded R/W from Maylen. 2 . Easement was obtained from Maylen originally because the water main in sudan road was to have been in- stalled on the east side of the center line. Inves- tigation revealed already established grass, trees, arubs, etc. The decision was to install the main on the west side which was being used for road purposes . 3 . If in future the property is divided so as to require a meter to serve from Sudan Main, a subordination agreement could be required at that time. 4.
